In House/On Board Catering

Have a chef prepared meal in your own home or on your yacht from 2 courses to 9 courses for as many people as your table will fit.

Most preparation is done off site and the team arrives shortly before your service time so you have the time & privacy to set the table, decorate the room, get primped & groomed & mentally prepared for your event. Then pour your favorite beverage for you & your guests.

Each event has a different menu (unless there are requests for a repeat): we start with a budget & devise a menu tailored to the likes & themes for you. We import high quality products necessary to facilitate menus & use local ingredients when available. We can also match wines with courses upon request.

Dinner is prepared, served & cleaned up complete before the team is done; you can relax & not worry about any of those details.


Dinner for 2

Tired of loud, hectic restaurants? Want to have a high quality, private, relaxed meal & avoid a busy restaurant? Have a dinner prepared for you at home with a custom menu designed to reflect your personal tastes. Watch & learn while dinner is prepared, ask questions & chat to the chef or relax elsewhere while dinner is created. It’s your night, in your home, enjoy!

Chef prepared dinner parties are the perfect answer to your special occasions- birthdays, anniversaries or for any other reason to celebrate!


Delivery to your home, office, jet or yacht

Whether you need Hors d’oeuvres, lunch or dinner- we can bring your party to you. Drop off meals are very popular- the full meal is delivered to your door, then we set you up for success by putting items in the pots & pans needed for heating, plating cold items, leaving garnishes & instructions on the final touches you need to do. Ask about Weekly Chef Prepared Dinners delivered ready to eat or ready to store.

If you need meals delivered to your yacht or plane, we can pack meals in disposable containers for your convenience.


Cooler Packing & Picnics

Going out on the boat or to the beach? Take us with you! Picnics, beverages, munchies, snacks, lunch or dinner (with all the necessary extras like plates, cutlery, napkins, glasses) can be packed in your cooler or ours. All you need to remember is your sunscreen.


Executive Lunches or Dinners

Business lunches or corporate events are one of our specialties. We can provide quick tasty lunches right in the board room, packed lunches for staff meals, or business/client meetings over a great dinner away from the bustle of a restaurant. Your privacy is our concern. For piece of mind, we are happy to sign confidentiality waivers in the event our staff is on site for your business security.
